Brogan Landscaping provides unique pricing options to accommodate your budget:
- Incremental per inch pricing – We will provide a fixed rate for each snowfall interval and we will provide you with a Weather Works report which is a certified service that reports snow and ice accumulations for each zip code.
- Multi-year seasonal rate – We determine a fixed rate for the entire snow season based on prior years average snow fall. Seasonal rate includes all snow removal, salting, shoveling etc. for the season.
- Time and Materials – We provide a per hour rate for equipment and salting materials and you are billed based on hours worked and materials used for each snow event.
